Hi everyone,
Have made use of the forum to answer a lot my questions but the more I read other peoples situations at various points of the iva life cycle the more questions arise.
I had my iva approved 7 weeks ago and have made 2 payments already. It has been such a relief to see some light that now my paranoid self is already summing up all the possible ways it could fail. My main concern at the moment is that 3 out of my 10 creditors included in my iva are still adding interest and making contact via post and telephone(2 of these voted in favour). I have forwarded the documents to my iva company who have said they will deal with it. I am of the opinion that I should be on top of the details as such from the start of the iva so I don't have any surprises say in year 4 of the iva. Has anyone had experience of creditors being slow to acknowledge iva approval. Also I have seen on the forum cases of minimum dividends not being met, are these explicitly stated or are they assumed to be that of the first estimate at the creditors meeting. Sorry its a long post.
Take care everyone.
