hi was watching the news today regarding debt companys losing there licences over charging to much for fees etc where would this leave myself if it happened to my debt company named blair endersby bit worried now just entered my last 12 month of iva the light is shining brighter month by month now.

It seemed to be Debt Management Company's not IVA company's so if BE were involved it would be Bains and Ernst not Blair Endersby but I think it is more of the ones that wanted up front fees, Bains and Ernst didn't as I had a DMP with them and there fee was taken out of the first months payment, and only after all the parerwork etc was signed, the ones they spoke of this morning on the news were ones who took money and provided nothing

It is DMP companies, and not the reputable ones so I don't think you have a problem Jimmy.

You have no problems with Blair Endersby.
