I took out an IVA which my empolyer was happy for me to do, I was made redundant and finding hard to get new empolyment due to the IVA, I have had 3 job offers withdrawn due to the IVA and credit check can some advise. Thinking of paying IVA off with the help of family. So I can get a job again. Being unemployed is getting me down.

Are you sure that it was specifially the credit check which thwarted your chances - as even these days this is quite rare for most employments.
