Hi Everyone hope you're all well..... Things are looking worse for myself and daughter at the mo i desparatley need advice, our home is under threat for reposession from the secure lenders and eventually from the mortgage company, as you may know i'm bankrupt but have been discharged but my Ex husband isn't and has left me well and truely in a mess, as he's now stopped contributing his share of the debt there is no way i can afford the full amount, my question is what is going to happen with the lenders wanting their money, are they going to knocking on the door demanding payment or taking any of furniture etc i really don't no what to do for the best....Would i be better surrendering the keys back to 1st lender and looking for another property, but then i'm thinking which letting agency would take on bankrupts, any advice would be welcome, thanks in advance h4u [:(]

Private rentals don't always credit check and can be a little cheaper monthly. My son did that for a while when he first moved out, local paper, local landlord, worked well for him. x
