I am just preparing the information for my annual review and I have a question about my husband's income.

He is self employed do I put his income down as the figure after expenses and mileage just the profit or do I have to put his gross income.

We are claiming 40p per mile against tax but I am not sure if this is right for the IVA.

Sorry this is the first year he has been self employed and I don't want to give them the wrong information.

Thank you

I too was self employed for some of the time in our Iva. I had to submit my accounts and the payment was set based on the net amount (ie after income tax etc).
