Hello again, If you have modest savings in a building society would that be effected by doing an IVA ?

I'm assuming you're not in an IVA? I would guess and it's only a guess that it would depend what modest is? It's always advisable to have a little contingency behind you when entering an IVA as you never know what's around the corner. x

Lesley's right, it will depend on how much you have saved. You will need to declare this to your IP and they will be able to advise you.

Savings are assets and would need to be declared and perhaps handed over depending on the amount in the account.
