Morning Everyone!!

We are so close to the end....only 4 payments to go!! We are now sat on the edges of our seats as we have offered a settlement for the remaining 4 payments and the equity release (been trying for a year to release the equity but had no luck). Its all in the hands of the IP and the Creditors now and I am so nervous!!! Hopefully but the end of august it will all be over and we can get on with our lives without the IVA!

Given that you complied with your IVA to date and your IP is putting forward the settlement, I am sure you will be fine. Very best of luck and keep us informed.

Thanks Karen! It has been hard but will be so worth it! I can't wait to be able to say that I am debt free!!! That is what has kept me going!

yes its a long hard road.we are about to start our final equity year.can i ask why have you made an offer when you have only 4 payments to go .is that instead of the extra year ?

Hi! Yes we were unable to release equity from our house and really didn't want to go into year 6. My parents have kindly helped us out so that we are in a position to offer money to finish it.
