Hi Everyone
Hope someone can advise me, my 3rd annual review (can't believe it's been three years) is due on the 12th August.
I am with DFD and have emailed in all my paperwork as requested and spoke to them on the phone before I did this as I had a few questions.
They were very helpful and efficient as ever but I explained that I am getting married at the beginning of September and would really love to be able to relax and get my annual review completed for another year so I can relax and enjoy the build up to our wedding.
I was advised to mention this on my paperwork asking if this could be reviewed ASAP but legally can it not be completed until at least the 12th August?
I just ask as I wonder if my paperwork is not even looked at or actioned until at least the 12th August? I ask this as I would really like to get this completed and whilst am very excited and really looking forward to our wedding I keep thinking about my review (which I do every year around this time).
With thanks.

Hi Declan
Many thanks for this and for your congraulation. This is much appreciated, I have just emailed you my details. I appreciate your help but would be good to know if it definitely won't even be looked at until the 13th, wasn't sure if all paperwork was reviewed prior to the review date in preparation for the review or if the process starts after that date?
Thanks.

Hi Dorset
Just spoke to the annual review team and they are going to "fast track" this case for you so as it will be completed well in advance of your wedding. You will be hearing from them very shortly.
Thanks

As long as it has marzipan in it Mel!

Sorry Declan but marzipan is the most vile of things and even the smell would make me turn. My wife makes it for the Christmas cakes and her family can just eat the stuff with their bare hands. I couldn't touch it or I would be spending hours bleaching my hands..

Have to disagree Michael! I would cross mountains for it!
Any spare cakes you have at Christmas you can now send south of the border!!
Thanks

Declan, what can I say!!!!!
Thank you so much for your efforts, I only put this post on at midday today and thanks to you had a call from DFD this afternoon, missed the call as was at out of my office at work so I called them back (3.15pm) and they informed me that they have completed my annual review and no increase to payments! Am very grateful.
Thank you Declan. What a great service, as I have said in previous posts I have always been happy with DFD and the service they provide!
I can now relax and concentrate on my wedding! Seven weeks to go!
Thank you again Declan, once again.
If I could post you a piece of wedding cake I would!

Excellent news and hope you have a fab wedding!
Michael, my hubby would agree with you but I love marzipan! Could eat and eat at it!

It reminds me of Christmas many years ago, having the marzipan and disbanding of the rest of the cake!

I always used to have hubby's icing and marzipan - me and the daughter used to fight over it!
Don't eat it now as I don't do sweet stuff at all.
