Hi guys had my iva approved last week only 5 out of my 10 creditors voted what does that mean does it mean only five get the money or do the others still have a right to claim

Well done to you and your IP first of all, but the IVA was approved and that is all that matters at this point. All creditors are entitled to their fair share, even if they didn't vote.

Congratulations from me as well.
All your creditors are bound by the IVA, whether they voted or not and will get paid.
