Hi All,

My IVA was approved on the 16th and i have received a letter from one of my creditors dated April 17th.

The letter states they are adding a £12 charge for late payment.

Will this still be added as it was, apparently, raised after approval of my IVA and all interest & charges should stop?

Hi zeozhane.

Just pass this on to your IP. You don't have to worry as all interest and charges will have been stopped. This may very well have been raised before the IVA, regardless of the date of the letter.
