Hi.Monika here again.I am in my third year of my IVA, and have just received my annual report.It states that there are 3 creditors on the statement of affairs who have not made a formal claim. What happens when my IVA finishes, will i still have to pay these off? Also my husband is not involved in my IVA at all, but is due to be made redundant, do i need to inform my IP?

Your IP has had more than enough time to gather these claims in by now. You should ask them to confirm whether they have now been formally excluded, or if not why not.
