hi,on day of creditors meeting if there are any variations do you have to decide immediately whether to accept or are you allowed any time to think about it. cant see this anywhere in my paperwork. thanks.

Hi Sue,
No you don't have to decide immediately..your IP can call an adjournmnet ( normally 14 days I think)

When's your meeting of creditors Sue100?
Sure all will be fine. I worried terribly there would be all sorts of changes and variations and when it came to it nothing changed.

Not everyone had modifications, mine was a payment one but I could decide almost straightaway as I had anticipated it. All the best for your meeting. x

You have fourteen days to agree or otherwise.
Don't make any hasty decisions.
