Thick question, but it's been a very long week... If I took part in the race for life - could the sponsorship money I raise be classed as 'income' although it would obviously go to the charity??? (have been in IVA since January, so all this is very new to me)

No - that money is held in trust for the charity.

I'm doing the local midnight walk for a local hospice again, I enjoyed it last year as we entered as a team from work and will do the same this year. x
