I am in the process of drafting my IVA with the IP amd they needed my previous addresses for the last 5 years or so.

Is this just for them to run my credit report or do they get stated on the IVA proposal (addresses, dates moved in/out etc)??

They do not need to quote your earlier addresses in the proposal, unless you are still having mail delivered from creditors to those properties.
