Hi,
I have been in an IVA agreement for just over a year now. Can I still reclaim interest charges from my previous bank account and credit cards?

Do you mean claiming back bank charges? If so, yes you can claim them back but depending on the amounts you will probably have to surrender these into your IVA.

I made a claim against Lloyds for various reasons, but never actually saw any money. They just knocked it off my balance.
Still I felt happier, £4K was knpcked off my balance and to sum extent my other creditors benefited with a bigger dividend
