Sorry to hear about your reduced wages it is a nightmare when you are struggling anyway. So many people seem to be suffering at the moment you wonder when it is all going to end.

Hey Angela,
Hope you manage to get things sorted.
Also maybe a good idea to relook at your utility providers (gas/electric) to see if you can save any money by switching there are always new deals in the market place, I know this will not be make up for the amount you have lost but hopefully every little will help.
Take care

Sorry to read your having a hard time. I had a few moments like this in my IVA.
As for saving money, I would recommend the following -
http://www.petrolprices.com/
You can register and get emails of cheapest fuel in your area.
Bodycare is great for cheaper shampoos etc. but still good brands. I also am a big fan of Lidl and Aldi, and get much of grocery from there.
Other than that, I am sure your IP will be able to help you with your I&E review form. Just give them full details of your expenditure and perhaps send them copies of your payslips.
Good luck Angela.

I agree that petrol prices is a brilliant site. I have two emails a week sent out with the local prices.
Have to say that I can't stand Lidl or Aldi. I use Asda and Tesco and try and buy Smart Price or own brand when I can.
As regards shampoo etc, Poundland is brilliant for that and they are all excellent brands.

I don't consider Aldi to be cheap anymore in compairson to Sainsbury own brand and the quality of Sainsbury own is much better in my opinion.
I buy toiletries and cleaning stuff from Savers mostly on my way to work as it's close by and then go to Heron for a few bits and bobs on the way home.
