Well to those that have given me support and advice on the other thread..........

I got a text off M,D & C today asking me to call them regarding my Dec payment. I explained everything to my account manager and he has suggested a phone meeting to revise my income and expenditure on Tuesday with then to have a varation meeting with the creditors. He said itr would probably mean an extenstion on the term of the IVA between 6 and 12mths to keep the p/£ similar.

I asked about bankrupcy but he is convinced with my job I would end up loosing my job. I think I have some serious serious thinking to do.

Mel would I be able to ask you a question via e-mail please? It is just the one!!

It does sound as though there's a way for you to continue your IVA - glad your IP is working with you.

Can you confirm with your HR dept if your job would be at risk if you did have to go BR?

Can you make an anonymous enquiry via your intranet as to whether you have a problem?
