my husband is moving in with his girlfriend who owns a huse and has a good income, will this affct our joint IVA
Assuming that your husband intends to continuing paying into the IVA, his circumstances will probably change due to the amount he will be expected to contribute to his new household. Have you been able to discuss this with him, as the IP will need to reassess his circumstances once he has moved.
Are you in a position to pay your share of the IVA contributions now you are living on your own?
