Hi

we have just had a letter from the OR that we can keep the house as its in negative equity (who'd have thought negative equity is good news!!!) We just have to pay £1 each and only got to pay one lot of solicitors fees rather then 2 lots as first thought. Just got to wait for the IPO amount now.

On the home straight! Yay [:)]

Thats great news and a relief for you Kazza. Are you using solicitors because someone outside your immediate family is buying the BI?

I only ask, because I didn't use a solicitor., just paid £1 & £211 admin.

Maybe Jan...although the booklet that comes with BR does mention appointing your own solictor too. I would have used a solicitor if it was anyone outside immediate family ourchasing the BI...just to be on the safe side.
