im just querying the iva is in my name and my husbands pay is included in the iva for outgoings when i took out the iva i was told that if i earnover time i can earn up to 950 before i have to pay anyhting extra back and because the iva is in my name that my husband can earn extra money they just want my payslips and not his in the 6 months review which is up in december i was just wondering if this is correct as sometimes with bank hols my husbands pay is a bit more than the 910 i originally put down but then if he didnt work over time and do some night shifts in the month his pay would probally be a lot less tha originally stated

That is absolutely correct Joanna - but they may want to see your husband's pay-slips to ensure he is still paying a fair share towards the household bills.

i spoke to freeman jones a few days ago and they basicallly told me to make sure i got mypayslips as we r lucky if we get his paslip from one month to the next but the bank account we got is also part of freeman jones i will just have to scout around for the payslips we have got
