As i have posted before, my brother in law has offered me a loan to allow a full and final offer, how much contact will my ip or creditors require, as he is not keen beyond the loan to be involved and I am anxious not to scare him off.

Hi there, not sure if they contact the person who gives the loan but it would be advisable he sends a letter saying the monies are only available to you for the completion of the IVA etc.,

I don't think they do have contact with them - as long as you tell the IP and the creditors where the money comes from and that it is only available for that, then that should be enough.

A letter from your brother in law should be enough.

And if he pays the money in advance of the variation, then there would be very little need for the IP to contact him, other than to establish his identity for money laundering purposes.
