I have been in my IVA for about 18 months, I am about to go through a breakup and have decided the best option would be to go bankrupt. Can someone please advise can I include pay day loans when going bankrupt?

Hi there - sorry to hear about your current difficuties, and just to confirm that PayDay loans should be included within your bankruptcy.
