We completed our IVA via full and final settlement in December 2008. It started in July 2005. Can you tell me please when the information will be or can be removed from our credit history. (Need to change our mortgage).

The record of your IVA will fall off your credit file in July 2011.

how long is it on your credit file for and are there many banks that will give a mortgage to us then/now
