Hello all,

Spoke to my IP Sue last night, a very nice lady but the figure she mentioned regarding my IVA nearly made me burn me chips!!!!

It was a shock (£608) when we originally worke don £450, but after reading the figures she emailed me I am begining to understand why.

Excellent service and treatment I have had from Sue, Gareth and the rest of the team at PhilipGill and hope they get the IVA through. It's off to Northern Rock as a mini proposal next week to see if they agree.

Fingers crossed

Martyn

Good luck from me too. Hopefully N Rock will be amenable to your proposal.

Hi Martyn

We're in a similar situation. We originally spoke about a figure of £230, but the proposal has come through at £389. Was a bit of a shock, but when I looked at the figures you can see where that figure has come from. Got to change a few things as we're over the limit on some things, but if we live within the guide lines we should be fine.

Our IVA depends on Northern Rock agreeing to it as they have over 75% of our debt.

Fingers crossed for you!!

Hi Kazza07,

Northern Rock were my main creditors last time, but I think this time with everything Sue, Mel & team have picke dup on there % has reduced but still quite high.

LLoyds Banking Group (Mainly Halifax & BOS) will not be far off this time.

Figures can often change from the time of your first enquiry up to the time of the clearance meeting - but the important thing is that you believe you can afford the repayments. If you don't then there is usually something wrong with the figures.
