would the judge ecept reduced payments beacause my earnings have reduced drasticly

Hi
If you are talking about an existing IVA then inform your Insolvency Practitioner of your drop in income, they will go back to your creditors and ask them to accept a lower monthly payment.
If you are talking about a court order then you will need to go back to the court and ask for the forms to fill out asking for a variation of the original order
