Please can you tell me if payments that are due against someone for County Court Judgements can be included in an IVA?
many thanks

The CCJ will be treated as any other creditor in an IVA unless they have secured the debt by way of an Order Charging Land and the order has been made absolute. Enforcement action such as attachments of earnings must cease once the IVA is approved and even if bailiffs have been instructed they must stand down. Speak to an IP for further advice.
