1st off.. Just to let you know.. Ive decided not to go through bankruptcy & stay with my Iva im on.. :D I'm sure i can manage.. Thanks for all your Advice on that matter :D

But anyhows.. My main Question..Dont laugh.. :P Dunno why you would but there you go.. lol :P

I was thinking about joining the gym + I was wondering if its still possible to pay by direct debit each month while im on an Iva if i could manage to put aside some money to cover the price each month??

I know for a fact things like finance etc are deffo a no no now.. until my Iva has cleared anyway after the 5yrs.. Not that id ever want to do finance, Loans credit cards ever again! And i mean NEVER!!

So if anyone out there does pay direct debit payment on a gym membership & knows that it is possible.. could you let me know.. :D

Cheers all the best from Clive :P

I have heard of people who had gym membership put down on their expenses but if you are funding it from savings made then I dont see why not. Enjoy it,5 years is a long time to go without.

Hi
You can pay via DD no problem.
You are free to spend your expenditure allowance as you see fit.

It generally would not be allowed if it would affect your payments, but if you can afford it out of contingency or personal expenditure then why not?
