Hi All, hope everyone is well

I have just been looking at my credit report and it would seem that from the date i started my IVA, The defaults have been registered on my account ONE YEAR LATER.

Is this common with anyone else.

I understand that the credit ref agencies will contact the third party but will this just been amended without any hassle from the third party

It is quite common, but shouldn't happen.

You need to write to the creditors and tell them to remove the defaults. They have to do this.

I don't think the CRA's do it - it's down to you.
