Does anyone know anything about renewing mobile phone contracts during an IVA. I am just about to enter into an IVA and my mobile phone contract is due for renewal in July. Will I still be able to do this after entering into IVA. any help appreciated

You'll probably have to stick with the same company though, as the others will probably credit check you.

I work in this industry and can confirm that you will only be credit checked for a new connection, to r-new it is based on account history so provided you have not had payment issues with T-Mobile you will not have ant problems

I upgraded my phone when I was in an IVA, and again when I was BR and I didn't have any problems either time - I was sweating a bit until they said it had gone through though!
