Hi
I've been an iva for 15 months my original agreement is 36000 and I've paid so far around 8640 pounds.The member of the family want to help us to get out of this situation they are willing to lend the money to pay off the iva.I would like to know anyone have any idea how much they want the final offer the family will lend money to us around 15000.Thank you very much

You need to look at how much you are paying each month and then times it by the number of months left. This will then give you a rough idea of what is left to pay to reach the agreed minimum return - you can minus a couple of thousand as the IP fees for the rest of the 3 years will be removed and this should give you a rough idea.
Make sure when submitting your offer, you have it in writing that this money is only available from the third party on the understanding it ends your IVA.

A little on the low side, but with the saving on IP costs you could tempt creditors if you can demonstrate there are good grounds for you application.

Hi,everyone
Just want to let you know about my f&f offer it had been accepted it since last month (made an offer in april finished in june)sorry a bid delay to let everyone know.I feel like my life can move on now.I would like to say this experience with iva it was a big help in our life to get our financial back on track.Also make our married get even stronger in the relationship because we both gone though the tough time of our life.Don't give up every problem can be solve and thank again.

Did you offer the £15,000 Paul? If so very well done to you and your IP, and also the creditors for taking a commercial decision.
