Hi everyone!
I would be very grateful to you if you advice me on this. I am bit confused here.
Is it ilegal to have a car in a contract hire on IVA? or is it difficult to get a contract hire on IVA?.

Not illegal, but perhaps difficult if you are credit checked and the IVA shows up on your record which it is bound to.
If you are thinking about applying for any form of credit agreement whilst in an IVA, you will need to obtain your Supervisor's permission.
