Hi,just had our 2nd review,and have been told we got to pay £556 extra,asap,we cannt afford this ,when they sent our review,it showed we were -£117,now they are saying we owe them another £500,dont understand ,and we havent got it..... we pay nearly £700 a month,as it is...thought they were suppose to be helping us...we have kept up our payment,this is our 3rd year...thanks

I would contact your IP directly and ask for a breakdown of where they think the arrears have come from.

Is it for overtime or bonus payments ?
As Mr's Skint says contact your IP, they will be able to clarify this for you

Ask them to clarify exactly what the increase is for. Just a suggestion if it for overtime or bonus - why not pay it as you go along in future that way no nasty surprises come annual review time.
