I went into an IVA in September 2008 with clear debt my total was 10791 to pay back. My mum has offered to pay 9000 to finish and clear my IVA do you think this will be accepted as i have only be in my IVA 6 months

Hi,
It sounds more than generous considering you would be settling early. I would suggest a lower figure bearing in mind you will be saving IP costs that you would of paid over the whole term
