Lets hope Frugal Friends continues to meet...We only attended the last two in Sept and Nov 08 and were hoping for few dates to put in diary for 09...
We found them to be so beneficial and a place to relax amongst friends who understood what life was like in an IVA plus the opportunity to speak privately to the experts was fantastic.
Lets hope that 2009 will have the same opportunities for FF ...

Totally agree MTL. Plus the fact that those of us who haven't told anyone about our problems could relax and talk about our IVA's without fear of being judged.
Me and hubby only went to the one, but found it very beneficial. Plus we were able to put faces to names, and talk to good friends we had made through this forum.

Myself and Mel were discussing this a couple f weeks ago and are planning on just two a year with the next one in the next month or so, probably Northerly
We will let you know for sure once Mel is back from her holidays

That's fantastic news Andy! Look forward to hearing all the details.
Really enjoyed the Christmas one and it will be good to catch up with old friends and make some new ones.
