hi
me and my partner are entering into an iva , we have not signed the proposals yet, waiting for them to come through, i just wanted to ask i have a catalouge bill come through for £10 witch we have not added to iva could i pay it before not sure if we are allowed to. thank toy .sara

Hi Sara and welcome to the forum.

As your catalogue bill is only £10, I would pay it. It's not worth adding to the IVA.

Just to clarify - it is just a one off payment isn't it, and not £10 per month isn't it?

all thses spelling mistakes , im just getting really scared about the whole iva process , everyday seems to drag at the moment , i hope the iva gets approved.

Me and hubby are with those as well.

We've had no problems with them so far, be coming up to our 12 month review shortly.

You should get your paperwork soon. If you don't let us know and we'll chivvy it up. Don't worry about your spelling mistakes - we all make them and there is a facility to re-edit them here anyway. Good luck.

another thing im worried about
We are doing a joint iva but im worried my partner only has about £19,000 in joint loan and overdraft same company natwest what our the chance of our iva to be approved?

That does not meet the requirements of a "Protocol" IVA, and NatWest may well prefer him to come to a separate arrangement with them rather than an IVA. What advice has your IP provided in this regard?
