Well, after much whittling and panic by me, our IVA has been accepted today!!! Thank you so so very much to all of the lovely forum members for their support - it really has been so valuable.
And a gigantic thank you to Melanie and her great team, including Angela, Tom and Samantha. Thank you so very very much.
Feel relieved for the first time in such a long while
