COULD YOU TELL ME IF THE MY SISTER SHOULD TELL THE BALIFFTS THAT SHE IS GOING BANKRUPT ON THE 15TH JAN.

Yes - would stop them taking possession of property - in any event don't allow them access to your sister's home

Make sure that all windows are closed and doors are locked as well if they call - they can gain entry through them.
