well there you are the opinion of the forum was to speak to my ip provider and discuss my outgoings with them and maybe renigotiate the payments so for the third time i have sat in and waited for them to phone as arange so there i was 5 oclock they said they would ring 5.10 had i missed there call 5.15 was my phone connected 5.30 what was hapening 5.45 i rang them elaine here avoice said was this the elaine that was supposed to ring me the last time?????????? surley not as i had been told she had left the company that was why she didnt ring me, anway is s... there no was the reply she has been called away oh i said was anybody going to ring me no was the reply oh i said agian i am desperate i need someone to talk to i am drowning here throw me a life line can we contact you tomorrow is this the tomorrow that never comes i asked well we will try was the reply.
so here i am no further forward upset wanting to cry wonering again did i do the right thing.
can someone tell me are all of them as bad as blair endersby???????????////
i will update you as to whether tommorow ever come

I am not too sure I understand, I think you thought or understood they were going to phone you but didnt, is that right?
I know it seems like the end of the world right now but you will get somewhere eventually. Why dont to email your IP directly? Visit
www.iva.com and find the address, then wait for the reply to your question.
We all feel down and beaten sometimes, we all have problems that make us feel helpless. Its Ok to cry and vent out your frustrations here. We laugh and smile when we are happy, dont we? All I can really say is that I am so sorry youre feeling so horrible.
Maybe a virtual hug will help??

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting such bad service from Blair Endersby. They do post on the forum so hopefully they will read your post and do something.
If not, there is an email address in their posts which they say will be answered so you could try contacting them via that. Failing that do you know the name of your IP? If you do you can find their email address on the Insolvency Service website -

If you know the name of your IP you could e-mail them directly, But this firm are regular reviewers of the forum and are sure to pick up on your complaint and deal with it.
