Our IVA was transferred from Clearstart to DFD earlier this year.

I would just like to share with you all, how professional and helpful they have been with us so far.
I sent them an email this morning regarding the tax refund we are all getting and I very promptly received an automated email back advising someone who ring me within 24 hours to answer my questions. I have just received the promised phone call advising me that we can keep the refunds, brilliant news !!!

DFD up to now have been very prompt, efficient and professional. Lets just hope it carrys on.

I just thought I would share this with you all as I have read some real bad stories on here. They have been Brilliant up to now.

Iam sopleased someone else has had a positive experience of DFD ! They have too much bad press but not enough positive.

Thank you posting this query - I was just about to email the same question to them!

That is a great post and that you for sharing your thoughts about your IP provider. IPs work hard and sometimes deserve credit - and it is therefore nice to see that posters take time out of their day to generate positive feedback. For every bad case - and I am sure that we all have them - there are probably 20 or so good cases where clients are very happy with the service they are receiving.

Hi we too are with DFD and they have been brill - always getting back to me the same day when I email them - often with a call within the hour so despite the bad press they sometimes get, I personally can't fault them! Long may it continue hopefully [:)]

Thats great news!! thanks Caraf. Im with DFD was Clearstart so feel a bit better that someoneis receiving good service. Tax refund that we are all getting ??? Iv not heard of this.
