An IFA did some work for me three years ago. I have never received an invoice from him despite my repeated requests in the intervening period. But he still reminds me I owe him money whenever I bump into him. I keep asking for an invoice but still no joy. Is there a statute of limitaions on receiving invoices for services rendered?
Thank you
Richard

You'll have to hope that one of the technical experts spots this soon and is able to answer the question.
I haven't a clue, sorry.

I don't know if you'll get an answer to this before 4pm. I thought that he would have had six years to pursue this but because he hasn't actually produced an invoice then honestly, I don't know. I'm sorry, not much help.
