Sorry quick question for everyone.

Should the CSA money i get for my children be taken into account when working out our income?

Which is something i've not had for 3 months now, thank you CSA.....but thats another story.

I think it is counted as income, but obviously it is meant for the children so not sure how they deal with it. I take it you've still had no joy with BE?

It really is bad that you've had no contact with them. I know they do monitor the forum so I can only hope they pick up on this thread.

Hoping they ring today with some good news, still get the feeling they are going to say no to the money being added.

We have altered the heading of this thread to make it easier for B.E to find it amidst all the postings. We do hope this is OK ?

Hi Victoria - you could always try ringing their general number to ask for your IPs direct line or email address. BE are quite sporadic in using the forum and I think your ip would be concerned at the lack of support and good advice you have experienced. I know it's a pain the onus is always on you, but they don't seem to be on the forum at the mo.

My husband will be home soon and i'm hoping that they have spoke to him while he's been at work. Will take it from there really, if they have made no effort to contact him then we will have to do something. But at the moment my husband is thinking of putting in an official complaint.

Fingers crossed for you Vic. I'm with BE and at the start I wasn't pleased with them. Especially when I needed their help. But after the 1st 6 months then suddenly became extremely helpful to me when I needed them.

Hi Victoria

I was with BE and when i had an issue i had exactly the same problem with them, i then did contact the IP directly (unfortuantly i do not have the e-mail address any more) but they were then really helpful you just need to be really pushy with them and stand your ground! thats what i did and it did get me somewhere, i hope this helps

Thanks Sarah

Just a shame that they cant just be helpful without you having to push and cause you a lot of stress.
