Thanks Viki - I can't remember who voted what on hubby's IVA, will have to look it up. We were actually sent someone else's repot!

Is it just me or are Lloyds really quite nice when it comes to voting/helping IVA's get off the ground???

They are sensible and commercial - and have a good firm representing them.

They were the only ones who voted no for me. Their debt was just over £2,000 on a total debt of £83,000!

Hi

I would have to disagree with the idea that Lloyds TSB are helpful, with our application they where very difficult and voted no. They are also one of the biggets pains with our DMP. We get more calls ffrom them than most of the other creditors.

Sorry to be difficult.

They were a pain with the IVA for us, but in DMP they were fine. They used to phone us every six months just to see if anything had changed.

They obviously don't have a set policy though with dealing with these things.

You are not being difficult John, the more people who comment on banks/ips etc the better a picture we can all get.
