Jarvis insolvency

Got moved from Appenture to Jarvis insolvency my monthly payment is £72 first payment they took out off my account was £325 I do not trust Jarvis
Have you challenged this and asked why ? With the usual confusions around caseload transfers this might be an error.
I have to say that, when I was in my IVA I did not pay by direct debit and, instead, paid by standing order, which gave me the control, rather than giving that control to my IP.
