Plans are being considered for the government to regulate DMP's.
"Under the new regime, DMP's... would be regulated by the government including the fees charged...they could even be made binding on creditors"

Probably a way to get more debt paid back, an IVA but until it's all paid back. Maybe they're expecting a lot more people having difficulties and are planning ahead.......

I've not read the article yet as have had computer problems (you do not want to know!!!!!!!!!!).

Lets face it, anything that will help the consumer will be taxed![:D]
