just a quick question please.
I have spoken to the car HP company today, pending my case with you, and explained my situation.
The lady asked if I realised "that they could not be included in an IVA proposal as it was Hire Purchase".

She also said that they would send me a voluntary surrender of vehicle form. Am I predjudicing anything by sending this back, or should I just go ahead and send it when it arrives?
