I am now into my fifth year of IVA and my Supervisor has written to me asking me to contact them urgently regarding my Student Loan payments. I have paid this all the way through as it couldnt be included in IVA. I have called them three times now and no one has called me back. Should i be worried about this?? The company is Clear Debt

You need to speak with ClearDebt as it may just be something simple. Perhaps the loan repayments have ceased and your IVA payments could there increase because you are riGht in that student loans are paid outside of the IVA.
