Are you able to work in Austrailia if you are bankrupt. I have an IVA at the moment but my creditors are due to meet on 01/05/08 to discuss my case. I can't afford to increase my payments and am not willing to increase my term so bankruptcy is my only option if these changes are made.

I was wondering the same...... hubby may have an opportunity to get some work in Oz, but we filed br in Feb 08.
Would the br affect him getting a Work Visa or effect his employment chances?
