My little girl has been really ill and shes been in and out of hosptial for the last few months, we are now struggle with the bills as not only will i have to start taking unpaid leave on the days I am not at work as I've used all my holiday and sick leave, the cost of going to and fro to the hospital is really adding up.
If I contact my IVA will they reduce our payments, we will manage it but it will mean living on hardly any food and by that I mean just having dinners like beans on toast etc so not a balance diet. and we will have to use the money we save monthly for our MOTs etc
Thanks

Your daughters health is far more important than your debts.
Have a chat with your IP and see what he /she suggests. You should still be allowed to eat healthily.
Have you any assets that may be at threat under bankruptcy?
It would give you closure and allow you to both concentrate fully on getting your daughter better without added stress.

You absolutely have to discuss this matter with your IP, who ought to be very sympathetic to your plight. And if they don't just let the IVA fail and consider bankruptcy proceedings.
Your little girl is so precious, and must receive your number one attention. I do hope that things improve for you soon.
