My husband and I are both in month 10 of our IVA, I do not work but get DLA and therefore my husband has to pay some of my IVA along with my DLA. My husband has now heard that there is a strong possibility that he may be laid off from work in the near future or, worse, made redundant. In either case will not be able to afford the IVA payments and we also won't be able to pay our mortgage as we stopped paying Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance in order to pay the IVA. Would my husband be expected to hand over his redundancy, if that's what happens? I don't think he'd get enough to be able to make a full and final settlement offer as we owe too much. Any advice please?

Really, any redundancy money should be used to live on untill your husband secures another job. If it happens, you could ask your IP for a short payment break while he seeks future employment
