Today I had yet another letter this time from debtDr based in South Pertheron Somerset.

They claim that I have been mis sold my IVA and they have saved their clients over £50 Million pound in payments (Yeah right)

Another piece of paper I did not ask for, destroying the trees and the environment. Despite being MPS Registered they say it is not illegal for them to send me this crap. So a complaint is going into the MPS Service today about their letter.

I wish that these firms would stop this contant accusation of mis-selling - and perhaps we could see some evidence of the £50m saving they have made which has been clearly at the expense of the banks who have lent the money in good faith.

This marketing has to stop, and gives good bankruptcy assistance firms a bad name.
